Unfortunately you can’t cancel or amend your order once it have been placed. This includes changing the delivery address, changing products or changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted items to us for a refund.
When your order is despatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.
You can track your order by following these steps:
- Click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top right of the page
- Sign in
- Select the ‘My orders’ tab
- Select ‘View order’
- Click ‘Track order’
You will now be able to see the order’s current status and full tracking history.
Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days. We do not currently deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed. Delivery lead times to the Republic of Ireland are currently 10-12 working days.

If you are unsure of your registered email address, please use our contact us and provide as much information as possible about your account/order history. One of our Customer Services agents will then be able to provide you with your account details.

Due to COVID-19 virus we see that the demand for certain articles is higher than normal. It is possible that products are temporarily out of stock or not available anymore.More information can be found on the product page.
Due to the impact of Covid-19 on our delivery and transportation, we are currently unable to guarantee 24h delivery but will do our best to try to deliver your goods within 48hrs. Products shipped directly from the supplier have different delivery times.
IMPORTANT: We would like to ask you if your company is closed due to the Coronavirus not to place any orders or to change your delivery address, to prevent all orders from being sent back. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for items in online stores. You need to register via PayPal.
Wishlists on are features that allow the creation of collections with desired products saved by clients, in their user’s account. Basically, they are used when users have an interest in your products, but they didn’t intend to make a purchase at exactly that time.
We want to sort out any issues with damaged item right away. As soon as you discover a fault upon arrival of your item, please contact our Customer Services Team with:
- Your details
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged item(s)
You can return any item for a refund with a few simple steps. Post your parcel with the original documentation included and return via the post, please obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of return for your items to be received back at our warehouse and a refund will then be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a refund, within 30 days of receipt. This refund will cover the initial cost of the item(s) purchased with delivery, but not any delivery charges incurred by you on returning the item(s) to us. If the item is damaged or we have supplied you with the incorrect product, please contact our Customer Services Team If, after your order has been despatched, you wish to cancel the order because you no longer require the item(s), you will need to send the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Authorisation to return item(s) must be obtained at all times in order to ensure you receive a refund. Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
